Within the framework of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union (PFUE 2022), and under the high patronage of the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI), Inserm and the Institut Pasteur are organising a scientific symposium on antibiotic resistance (AMR)* which will be held on June 7th, 2022 at PariSanté Campus – 2, rue d'Oradour-sur-Glane – Paris 15e – France).
In 2022, strategies to fight antibiotic resistance require concerted actions across the "One Health" continuum. In this context, the symposium is organised in presentations and debates by organisations and agencies, public and private research actors and representatives of EU Member States around various challenges.
The aim is to examine the future action plans envisaged to fight antibiotic resistance in terms of research and innovation, to present new economic models linked to it, the contribution Big Data and artificial intelligence development as well as the human and social sciences.
Finally, concerning the environment, it will be a question of defining the challenges and determining the priorities.
To attend the conference in-person or online, the registration is free but compulsory.
